"just wondering.. why is it so common tt pple tend to think more when they're alone, get depressed when they think more.. why can't pple think happy thoughts when they're bored? daydream when they've got nothing better to do?"

i guess it's when one's alone, we have the chance to think and really reflect on things. like whatever's happening, bothering us or whatever we're feeling. somehow being alone in a quiet environment, there's a chance to erm, "listen to your heart". yeah, in a way. but thinking too much is no good too. think think think. it'd end up in thinking abt alot more things, wonder about other things, den erm, do stupid things? hah. i guess so. yeah.
